Conventional storage tests

LEREM is equipped with the necessary facilities to study a majority of the technical aspects of metal packaging.

 

To confirm the good results obtained by electrochemical tests, storage tests can be carried out, generally at room temperature (+25°C) for a duration of 6 months, at +40°C for a duration of 4 months and at 50°C for a duration of 2 months.

Since June 2007, LEREM has purchased 3 storage rooms at +25, +40 and +50°C of a respective volume of 40, 8 and 3 m³, able to contain a total quantity of 15000 packaging of 300 ml.
In the same time, a cold room of 3 m³ has been set up for storing at +5°C.
